We take your privacy very seriously and handle your personal information with care. In this privacy statement you can read how we handle the data of our candidates and clients.

TRIBE NL connects professionals to employers and vice versa. We support and advise candidates with their onboarding in the Netherlands.

2. From whom do we collect personal data and why?

We collect personal data from:

Visitors and users of the website: When you visit our website, we collect information related to the type of device, browser and how you use our website.

This information helps us to improve the website, for your ease of use and to provide you with the best possible service.

We collect personal data from you to:

• To be able to respond to questions, tips, feedback, applications or requests if you have completed a form or left information.

• To be able to provide information about our services and other activities and to be able to better tailor these to your wishes and qualities.

• Approach you for offers, events and other information that may be of interest to you.

• To be able to send you e-mails such as newsletters or vacancy alerts, if you have registered for this (opt-in).

• Process or respond to your feedback or complaints in order to improve our services and resources or to serve you better.

Applicants, (potential) professionals or other candidates.

We collect and process your data for the benefit of the TRIBE NL community and for the execution of our services, including mediation, recruitment & selection, personal development and employability, career guidance and advice to help candidates from abroad onboard in the new country.

We process the information, with your permission:

• To properly implement the agreement and/or user conditions that we have agreed with you.

• To comply with a legal obligation.

• On the basis of a legitimate interest that is in accordance with or arises from the stated purposes (why do we process personal data), we do this on the basis of a careful assessment and balancing of interests.

• In limited cases: with your permission, where this is possible and you can give this permission freely. (If you are under the age of 16, we need the consent of your parents or the person with parental responsibility).

• To assist foreign candidates on taking the necessary administrative steps to be able to work in the Netherlands.

• To be able to respond to questions, tips, feedback, applications or requests if you have completed a form or left information.

• To be able to provide information about our services and other activities and to be able to better tailor these to your wishes and qualities.

• Approach you for offers, events and other information that may be of interest to you.

• To be able to send you e-mails such as newsletters or vacancy alerts, if you have registered for this (opt-in).

• Process or respond to your feedback or complaints in order to improve our services and resources or to serve you better.

Business relations

We process personal data of persons who work for companies with which we do business (1) to make offers for and/or provide information about the service and other activities, (2) to maintain a business relationship and (3) to to conclude and maintain the contract of employment.

We process the information, with your permission:

• To be able to record, maintain and fulfill the agreement with you.

• Being able to communicate with you.

• Maintain a good business relationship with you.

• To be able to make you offers, to provide promotional gifts and/or to provide information about the services and other activities.

• Approach you for commercial offers, newsletters, events and promotions that may be of interest to you, only if you have registered for this (opt-in).

• To be able to invoice you.

• To be able to determine creditworthiness.

• For reporting purposes (eg to provide the right person with the right report).

• Process or respond to your feedback or complaints in order to improve our services and resources or to serve you better.

• Improve our services.

As soon as you provide us with data, for example by filling in a form, applying for a job or registering, we will process the data that you provide to us.

We ask that you only provide us with information that is correct and relevant.

3. When do we collect your personal data?

For example, we collect your personal data if:

• You visit our websites.

• You enter or leave your details via one of our channels.

• You register at our office.

• You register or are registered in another way to use our services or to provide you with a service.

• From social media, only if we have a legitimate reason to believe that you would be interested in work. In that case, we will approach you if you are interested in registering with us or if you want to use our services in another way. If you are not interested, we can process relevant data from you to take into account your wish not to be approached by us.

• If we receive personal information from reference contacts specified by you.

• If customers where you have been offered or where you work or have worked share personal information about you with us or who register you for our services; if this is part of or arises from our agreement.

• From suppliers in the context of hiring and on-lending, in which case we have agreed with the supplier that they will inform you and refer to our privacy statement.

4. With whom can we share your personal data?

TRIBE NL can pass on your personal data to the following (categories) of recipients:

• Third parties such as service providers that perform functions on our behalf (including testing, training and/or examination institutes, external consultants, parties that perform customer satisfaction measurements for the purpose of quality marks and certifications, business partners and professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, technical support functions and IT consultants who develop and test our systems).

• Clients whom we can introduce you to or where you are going to work or are working through us or who ask us to use our services for your career guidance, coaching, mediation or outplacement.

• Individuals and organizations that have information about, for example, your reference or eligibility (such as degrees) or that we, at your request, provide data or who provide us, at your request, with information, such as current, former or prospective employers, trainers, examination institutes and employment agencies.

• Third parties to whom we provide data, with your explicit consent, or share data at your request in connection with data portability.

• Government and other agencies (such as grant applicants) if we believe we are required or entitled to do so.

• And in all other cases where we can be obliged to do so, for example by a court order.

The sharing of the personal data takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest, consent, legal obligation and/or for the execution of the agreement in accordance with the purposes referred to on article '2'.

Your personal data can be passed on or stored outside the Netherlands. TRIBE NL has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the personal data transferred is adequately protected. Your personal data may be sent to one or more countries within or outside the European Union and processed there. We will only transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU where the European Commission believes that you have an adequate level of protection or where TRIBE NL has taken appropriate security measures to guarantee the privacy of your data. 5. Your rights

You have the right to submit a request for:

• Access to the personal data that we process about you.

• Correction of your personal data.

• Deletion of your personal data or restriction of processing: in certain circumstances, unless we have a good reason, such as a legal obligation, to process or not delete the personal data.

• Restriction of or an objection to the processing of the personal data.

• Transfer of your data.

• In case of your request, for the protection of personal data, we will have to be able to establish your identity.

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your prior consent before we have received such withdrawal or where further processing of the same data has continued on another basis, such as a contract or legal obligation of TRIBE NL.

If you have signed up to receive information for news items, events, alerts or other messages, you can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe option in the email you receive about this.

You can prevent cookies from being placed via your browser settings, but you can also change or delete your cookie settings from your device at any time via the browser settings.

6. Questions, comments, complaints or (suspected) data breach

If you have any questions, comments or complaints about the protection of your personal data by TRIBE NL, you can contact us at hello@tribenl.com.

If you have complaints, we would like to hear from you, so that we can help you further and, if necessary, adjust or improve our services or work processes.

If there is a (suspected) data breach, for example, if you suspect loss or unauthorized access to personal data, please let us know immediately.

7. Security

TRIBE NL does everything it can to optimally protect your personal data. These measures are regularly evaluated and updated where necessary.

You should be aware that you are responsible for the security of your computer equipment and/or telephone and of your own internet connection, and that it is never 100% secure. The transmission of personal data via the internet is therefore at your own risk.

TRIBE NL may make changes, additions or amendments to its Privacy Statement from time to time for various reasons. The most current Privacy statement can be viewed at all times on the website. We recommend that you read the privacy statement regularly. This version was drawn up in December 2021.

10. What personal data do we collect from you?

In general, our website can be visited without your personal data being passed on to us.

We collect non-identifiable information about users of the website, such as date and time of access, the source from which you were directly linked to our website, the operating system you use, the parts of the website you visit, the pages of the website or app you have visited, information about the type of device you are using and the material you submit or download from the website.

TRIBE NL uses cookies and web statistics. We do this to see how visitors use our website. This information helps us to improve the site. A cookie is a file that is stored on your computer. We process the personal data that is necessary for our services part of this data is required to be able to use our services. We cannot provide our services without this information. Additional information may be desirable to better tailor the service to your wishes, qualities or availability or to meet more specific questions or obligations with regard to the position and/or from clients. We ask that you only provide us with information that is correct and relevant.

We may also collect (contact) information from you if you have posted it on public resources only if we have a legitimate reason to believe that you would be interested in work or our services. In that case, we will approach you if you are interested in registering with us in accordance with our terms and conditions and with due observance of this Privacy statement. You are responsible for personal data that is available from you on/via the internet. Tip: check this regularly and if you do not want information to be available to third parties, shield it well.

More specifically, this concerns - among others - the following (documents with) personal data:

When registering and/or applying:

• Account information such as username.

• Name and address details, e-mail address and other contact details.

• Date of birth, gender - on a voluntary basis.

• Curriculum Vitae (CV).

• Data about work experience, training, education and/or tests that you have followed or done yourself or through us.

• Availability information.

• Other information that is (or may be) important in the context of assessing your suitability as a candidate, for example references and certificates.

• Passport photo and video (introduction) - on a voluntary basis.

• Additional information about your expertise, preferences and interests.

• The ID proof may be stored and checked during the recruitment and selection to check whether you are allowed to work in the Netherlands. If you do not start working for us within four weeks, the ID will be removed.

• We are committed to an inclusive labor market, where everyone who can, can participate.

The moment you can start working/work/have worked for TRIBE NL:

• Nationality, BSN number, ID proof, work permit.

• Other data related to the personnel, salary and absenteeism registration.

• In addition, we sometimes process data for certain positions in the context of a pre-employment screening. If you are hired in and out on loan through us to a client.

• Information necessary in the context of the limitation of the hirer's liability (such as name and address, date of birth, BSN, type of ID, number and period of validity, if present: residence permit, work permit).

From business relations:

• Name and contact details.

• Job position.

• Details of the company you work for or represent.

• Data to maintain a good relationship with you.

• Data for events and meetings.

11. How long do we keep your personal data?

We store your data in order to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. The retention periods that we use depend on the relevance of the data for maintaining or recording our relationship and the other purposes mentioned above, applicable legal retention periods, any claim risks or other obligations, based on the principle that your personal data will not be stored for longer than necessary for this.

For the goals stated in article '2' and target group, this is generally a period of two, five or seven years.
