We are more than just a 'recruitment, selection and onboarding agency'. At TRIBE NL we are on a mission to connect fantastic hotels and restaurants in The Netherlands with talented candidates across international borders and guide them in the process. We go beyond recruitment by providing comprehensive onboarding support in the host country and cultivating a community, or TRIBE, ensuring that our members always have a sustainable supportive network wherever they are. Our passion lies in finding perfect matches in the world's most dynamic industry: hospitality.
How the journey began
Migrating from Spain in 2002, Natalia (TRIBE NL founder) gained broad experience in the hospitality industry in the Netherlands for almost 20 years. She lead several hotel operational and management teams, oversaw openings, reopenings and rebrandings and launched several Food & Beverage projects. From large hotel chains to independent boutique brands, Natalia understands what it takes to lead a successful hospitality business. She also knows that there is one key component in everything: the people.
TRIBE NL was born from her love for the industry, for building high performance teams and her drive to help others succeed.
